I hope you are having an outstanding Friday! Divas today I must confess that I am exhausted! I had a very stressful demanding week. So I am taking the day off to get some beauty rest. As I was told by Jackie Silver of AgingBackwards, the best defense against aging and particularly puffy or baggy eyes is proper sleep and rest. Do you ever wonder why after a vacation, under eye bags disappear and your wrinkles appear less visible? Because you allowed yourself to relax and get much needed rest. So ladies we all need to make a commitment to get at least 8 hours of sleep in 09. I am going to start with 6 hours and work my way up. lol!
