Sleep to stop hair loss and premature aging

Something as easy as going to bed and getting a good night rest can stop hair loss and keep premature aging from occuring.

Sleep deprivation can lead to stress.  We all know that stress can give you weight problems, increase blood pressure and wrinkle the skin. 

Stress can increase the telogen phase.  Telogen phase is when your hair is in it's resting phase.  After telogen phase your hair sheds and goes into anagen phase. Anagen phase is the growth phase.   Also stress can increase the amound of hair that is shed. 

So, make sure you get your 7-9 hours of sleep at night.  I am
