I hope your day is awesome! It is cold and overdraft here in Atlanta. I need my Starbucks fix! LOL! Yesterday Oprah's show was all about beauty, but most importantly how to take care of your skin, hair, and nails. Fantastic show! I was too excited because they talked about the importance of using three key ingredients to reverse and prevent the signs of aging. They are: Antioxidants, Retinol (Vitamin A), and Vitamin C.
