did you tune it to the
2010 Teen Choice Awards on monday night? if so, i'm sure you enjoyed seeing all of the gorgeous hair and makeup looks! one of my favorite looks was on
Lucy Hale. she's gorgeous naturally, but i really love how her makeup look amped up the drama factor, perfectly suited for her
just-edgy-enough dress and fierce shoes (love!).

mark celebrity makeup artist Mai Quynh explains how she created the
Pretty Little Liars star's
Teen Choice Awards makeup look:
on her eyes:"to begin, i used the
Concealer Brush to apply the bronze shade from the
Keep It Going Longwear Eyeliner & Shadow in
Surreal to her lashline and blended upwards to the crease. next, i applied a top coat of
I-Mark Custom Pick Eye Shadow in
Gioia into the crease and smudged up to her brow bone, then lined both her upper and bottom lashline with
I-Mark Custom Pick Eye Shadow in
Java using the
Flat Eyeliner Brush. to add an extra hint of drama, i lined her inner lids with
Eyemarker Color On Line in
Jet and finished with two coats of
Make It Big Lash Plumping Mascara in
Raven."
on her face:"i prepped Lucy's face by applying
Face Xpert Flawless Touch Makeup in
Golden with the
Foundation Brush to even out her skin tone. next, i dabbed
Good Riddance Hook Up Concealer in
Light/Medium under her eyes, blending it in with the
Concealer Brush."
"for her cheeks, i used the mark
Foundation Brush to apply
Just Pinched Instant Blush in
Peachy to the apples of her cheeks. i then dusted a light coating of
Matte-nificent Oil-Absorbing Powder to eliminate any excess shine in her t-zone. using a combination of
Bronze Pro Bronzing Powder in
Pro Golden and
Glowdacious Illuminating Powder in
Shimmied Up with the
Powder Brush, i accentuated the contours of her face and added a gorgeous radiance."
on her lips:"i used
Juice Jems Lip Gloss in
Juicy Fig to give Lucy's lips the perfect amount of color and shine, without looking overdone."
