Moisturize Your Skin this Winter with Olay

Beauty expert, Rebekah George, recently talked about Olay products in her winter beauty survival tips to stay hydrated this winter. I was recently sent the Total Effects bodywash and Quench body lotion to try out and with my sensitive skin, I found these to be quite helpful. Check out the video below for more tips!

To see my complete review,

The Olay Regenerist Advanced Anti-Aging Regenerating Serum (whew, long name!) is a serum I have been using nightly. Its formula contains a highly concentrated form of Olay's amino- peptide + B3 complex & moiusturizer to help improve the skin's appearance. I don't have any visible wrinkles (yet, anyway) so I tested this product on its effectiveness of skin smoothness. Overtime, it's supposed to firm my skin and make it look younger. :)

I've tried this for 2 weeks already and so far my skin has definitely felt smoother. It's even helped my laugh lines (near my mouth) a bit so I'm liking this. It's made for those with normal, dry and combo (me!) skin so most people can use this. If you're already worried about wrinkles and skincare, it's best to take care of your skin today!
This Olay Body Quench Body Lotion was recently called the Olay Quench Active Hydration Body Lotion. It's the same product but they revamped the look so you may not recognize it. I haven't tried the earlier formula, but after reading other people's reviews, it seems as though the formula changed.

Based on using this new product, the Quench Daily Lotion has been a product I use to moisturize my legs. It's the easiest thing I can do at night right before I go to sleep. My skin on my legs are always dry and flaky in the winter so I definitely need something to last my the entire night.
For me, this product is okay. Like most lotions, they keep my skin moist but I need a product that absorbs quickly so I can go (either to bed without feeling greasy, or out) and do what I need to do. It takes a bit of time to absorb which is ok if I had more time. But I do like that my skin hasn't been feeling as itchy after using for 2 weeks. I've noticed I've been using less which is good b/c I hate having dry skin!

I am obsessed with bodywashes! I love trying new ones that clean and moisturize my skin. When I heard about Olay's Total Effects 7-in-1 Advanced Anti Aging Body Wash I was intrigued. What exactly is 7-in-1, right? It's another anti-aging product, which I believe is never too early esp. in your 20's to start taking care or your skin. According to Olay, this product is to fight the 7 types of aging by:
Improving elasticity, Relieving dryness, Deeply moisturizing, Brightening dull skin, Evening skin tone, Smoothing rough skin, and Minimizes the appearance of fine lines.
It's the winter and I really need something that will relieve dryness and moisturize my skin. The ingredients are meant to combat the above and so far I'm liking it. It doesn't have microbeads so it's not an exfoliatior or anything, but I use this for my elbows/heels and it works nicely.

Jurlique Balancing Day Care Cream

Up until recently, I have been using the Yes to Tomatoes moisturizer (I ran out of it) for my face. I received this full-size Jurlique Balancing Day Cream at an event last year and decided to try this. I heard wonderful things about this brand- they work well and use natural ingredients! I am so glad that I got this to try because I absolutely love this!

I use this everyday in the morning to moisturize my face. It really keeps my skin from getting dehydrated after my cleanser. I'm currently using the Burt's Bees Purifying Gel Cleanser from their Natural Acne Solution line as my default, but I'm testing several different ones for review. Stay tuned!

Don't forget to moisturize everyday!

Find out which top hand hydrators our testers found desk drawer-worthy

We spend hundreds on youth-enhancing face lotions -- but when's the last time your hands got some love? "Hands show aging more than the face," says Los Angeles-based dermatologist Dr. Howard Murad. Good point. So we had 10 testers review hand creams for two weeks. Which ones offered the best hydration -- and which were just greasy? Find out in the ratings.
