Sephora Sundays 2011 #1: It's back!

Last January, I started a Sephora Sundays mini series that included products that I liked and available at Sephora's website. (See last year's series here!) I can spend hourssss just browsing on Sephora.com to checking out their new products, samples and just to look at products I really want to try. For 2011, I wanted to start it again since it's the new year and there's always lots of new stuff being added.

Here are some of my current items on my wishlist:

	1) Pacifica I Love fragrance - This set contains 5 solid perfumes, including Tuscan Blood Orange, Tahitian Gardenia, Hawaiian Ruby Guava, Indian Coconut Nectar, and French Lilac. I have already tried all of these except French Lilac.. and they're all yummy! See my past Pacifica reviews here.
	2) Tarte Radiant & Rested Luminous Complexion Collection- This kit is also a limited edition set from Sephora that contains 5 products to give your face a radiant look for the new year! This set contains: Natural Cheek Stain in Glisten, EmphasEYES™ Inner Rim Brightener, Recreate™ Silicone-Free Primer With Wrinkle Rewind™ Technology, Smooth Operator™ Illuminating Serum, Park Ave Princess Mineral Bronzer. I am def. interested in the inner rim brightener.. :)
	Josie Maran Eye Love You Too Palette- Looks like the packaging upgraded but the colors are so perfect for the Spring season. Love the light pink, green and blues. :) It's $42 which is a bit pricey for me right now since I've tons of other eyeshadows to use. :)

Review: Josie Maran's Loves Nest kit

Josie Maran's Love Nest Kit is a new exclusive, limited addition to her collection at Sephora. It includes her favorites, 100% Argan Oil, Argan illuminizer, Argan color stick in Petal Pink and the GOGO Natural Volume Argan mascara. All of these products contain Argan Oil- found in argan trees in Morocco. This natural & organic oil is rich in Vitamin E and essential fatty acids with anti-aging properties. It's great for moisturizing, clearing up skin and also calming your skin.

Josie Maran has teamed up with the City of Hope, a cancer care center, to launch its GOGO (Get One Give One) campaign for every GOGO Argan mascara..... After 5,000 mascara tubes have been donated, a dollar from each sale will be given to help City of Hope's research, treatment and education. I found this organic formulated mascara surpsingly pleasant to use because it really made my lashes stand out. Two coats and my lashes looked voluminous! A perk? It doesn't have an odor like most mascaras have.

Another piece from the Love Nest collection that I tried is the 100% Argan Oil, which is contained in a recyclable glass bottle. Its dropper makes it easy to dispense the oil a few drops at a time. I used it as a daily moisturizer at night (2 drops is all I need) but it can also be used for acne and stretch marks. Result? So far, clear, moisturized skin! (Read more reviews on TotalBeauty.com)

Josie Maran in NYC Sephora stores

Josie Maran is coming to two Sephora stores this weekend on July 31 and August 1, 2009. First, she will be here at the old Times Square store on 1500 Broadway on Friday, July 31 from 9AM to 3PM. Then, she will be back on Saturday after a night out in the town (I am guessing since she is in NYC) to celebrate the grand opening of the Sephora store on 42nd Street and 7th Ave. (This is the 5 Times Sq. location) from 1pm to 7pm.

Hopefully she will be in stores for that long for a meet and greet and a picture or two. ;)
